In the district of Naruhata, unlicensed vigilantes protect their neighborhood outside the law. In this thirteenth volume of the spin-off series, the psychotic villain Number 6 initiates a devastating assault by deploying explosive anon drones throughout the streets. Meanwhile, the young unlicensed hero Koichi Haimawari, known as the Crawler, is on the run from the authorities. To survive and keep fighting, Koichi must form an uneasy alliance with the pro hero Eraser Head. When Number 6 targets Koichi's hospitalized friend, Pop Step, the local police and allies struggle to intervene. Koichi faces a dangerous, solitary confrontation against the deranged villain to protect his community and those he cares about.
